    whose  purpose  is  to  provide  highly  qualified American trained medical prof-    
    essionals, serves  and  training to healthcare systems and populations located    
    around  the  world.  ASI  provides  patients with a superior level of surgical skill

                               Andrew Hewes, Chief Executive Office

     
             
      Andrew Hewes brings an exceptional history of  sales expertise and  remark-      
      able remarkable industry acumen  to  American Surgeons International  (ASI)      
      AS CEO of Surgical Orthomedics, Inc (SOI),  Mr. Hewes  develops marketing      
      strategies  in  conjunction  with sales  representatives to grow  K2M Complex      
      Spine   Innovations,  Pioneer  Technologies ,  DJO  Surgical   and    Orthovita      
      business  within  the Dallas/Fort  Worth metroplex. Mr. Hewes is also directly       
      involved  in  evaluating and acquiring new product line representations  to  en-      
      hance  Surgical Orthomedics’ position in the market place and is integrally in-      
      volved in developing strategies for expanding the company’s  customer base.      
             
      Mr. Hewes previously worked as a sales representative for Stryker Osteonics      
      and  was  responsible  for  the  Dallas/Fort  Worth  area. His  duties  included      
      selling total joints and trauma products to physicians and hospitals. He was a      
      Growth Award winner, a Ring Club winner and a Presidents Club winner.      
             
      Prior  to  his  work with Stryker Osteonics, Mr. Hewes  was a sales represen-      
      tative for Stryker Endoscopy, responsible for all endoscopy  sales in Houston,      
      Texas.  During  his  tenure  with  Stryker  Endoscopy,   Mr. Hewes   achieved      
      company-projected  quota  for   three  consecutive   years.  Mr. Hewes’  work      
      experience  also  includes  a position as the Director of Sales  for Blue Cross      
      Blue Shield.  His  duties  at  the  insurance  company included the  marketing        
      and provision of automated services to physicians.      
             
      Mr. Hewes   graduated  from  Western  Michigan University with a  Bachelor’s      
      Degree  in  Business  Administration   and  a   Master’s  Degree  in  Business      
      Administration from  the University of Florida. His extensive  knowledge of the      
      medical industry as well as his ability to consistently achieve measurable

                                   Michael Droege, President      
             
      Michael Droege has worked  in the orthopedic and  medical  industry for  over      
      ten  years.  His  passion,  work  ethic  and  professionalism  toward each and      
      every project inspire and motivate those around him.  Mr. Droege  represents      
      the  next  wave  of  dynamic  leaders, and  his  attitude  and  positive  respon-      
      siveness enables  him  to  open doors others may deem difficult.  Mr. Droege      
      has  helped  to  establish  American  Surgeons  International  as  the  leading      
      provider  of  surgical  staffing  and  advanced technology  in the  Middle  East,      
      and  as  President, he  upholds  the  fundamental goals and objectives of  the      
      company to garner superior results.       
             
      Mr.Droege also serves as Vice President of  Marketing and Sales Operations      
      for  Surgical  Orthomedics, Inc, a   medical  device  distributorship  in  Dallas,      
      Texas.  He   manages  Surgical   Orthomedics’  business   development  and      
      marketing/sales    channels  while  providing   up-to-date  critical  market  and      
      competitive analysis, product positioning &  overall marketing strategy  for the      
      company's  key   product   divisions.  Mr. Droege’s   distinguished   career   in       
      the  orthopedic industry  spans  a range  of executive, marketing  and comm-      
      unication  roles,  including   six  years  with   Encore  Orthopedics, now   DJO      
      surgical, as the  Marketing Communications Manager.      
             
      Mr. Droege’s  awards  and honors  are  equally extensive, including  an active      
      role  as  a member  of the Corporate Advisory Board of AAOS, 1999 National      
      ADDY  award  for   Consumer   Advertising   Product  Campaign,   2002  AAF      
      Distinguished Member award, Gold Medal in the Medical  Marketing  Associa-      
      tion's 2004 In-Awe competition.       
             
      Mr. Droege  graduated from the University of South Carolina with a  Bachelor      
      of  Arts  in  Corporate Communications and a minor  in Marketing.  His exten-      
      sive  experience  in  medical  device  marketing, determination  and   commit-

                                   W. Andrew Hodge, Chief Scientific Officer      
             
      Dr.W. Andrew Hodge is a world renowned orthopedic surgeon specializing in      
      arthritis surgery and bioengineering research. He holds several  U.S.  patents       
      on orthopedic implants and devices, and has published over  100  articles  in      
      prominent medical journals.  Dr. Hodge received special fellowship training in      
      total  joint  surgery  at  Harvard's  Massachusetts  General Hospital  where he      
      practiced  for  10 years.  Dr. Hodge also  completed  a research fellowship at      
      Massachusetts  Institute  of  Technology, after  which  he  helped  design and      
      construct Mass. General Hospital's Biomotion Laboratory. His work has been      
      recognized on CNN News, the Discovery Channel, Science Magazine as well      
      as many local, national and international televised news channels.      
             
      In 2001, Dr.Hodge designed and patented the 3D Knee (Data Driven Design),      
      a    revolutionary   concept   in  knee  replacement designed for a more active      
      and  demanding  patient.  The  3D  Knee was first  implanted into a patient  in      
      Palm  Beach,  Florida, and  has  now  become  the  fastest  growing  implant      
      design in the country. With the information collected in research  and  clinical      
      studies,   Dr. Hodge  is  widely  published  and  lectures  nationally  and  inter-      
      nationally on the subject of joint replacement surgery and rehabilitation.
